First Graduating Class of the Manufacturing Engineering Program
On June 1st, 2022, the class of 2022 became the first to graduate from the manufacturing engineering program. This is an incredible accomplishment for the students and a milestone for the program.
The Manufacturing Engineering program is the first program co-developed and co-launched across both campuses and began accepting students into the 2nd year in September 2019. Since its inception, the program has been working with a vision to develop next-generation engineers who can actively contribute and innovate in the ever-evolving manufacturing space. The graduates are now to translate the learning from the program into the real world and build on this promise. As the first graduating class, they will most definitely be the bar-setter for the future graduates and the pioneers to uphold best practices and UBC engineering values.
